Actually folks, the gym is for sale. Appraisals come to like eleventy billion dollars, so feel free to make an offer at any time. We may be willing to take less, like eleventy million dollars, but then again it might just all be misguided speculation.
On another random note, some friends of mine down in VA said Scott is getting a sex change. Is it true? |

yeah, its true...I have to sell myself to make money to help buy a truck that my friend Chris ( Captain Priority)paid way too much f'n money for...
