Hey all! Looking for some help in locating a new building to relocate the Rock Gym. The building needs to be a minimum height of 40', but we would prefer taller It can be in any of the Hampton Roads cities, but we prefer easy access to 64/264. Would like an existing building, but won't rule out a good lot for sale.

As many of you know, our current building has plenty of problems. The heat in the summer and cold in winter truly sucks The parking lot, the leaking roof/gutters, the dust/dirt, are all problems we have been fighting for years! Our Slumlord does absolutely nothing, but sit back and collect the rent....WE ARE SICK OF IT

So gang, do what you can to help! It'll benefit all of us

I work cross-cubicle for a regional developer. He specializes in retail + commercial / residential spaces, but said he knows a perfect referral who handles a ton of local commercail and warehouse-style spaces. This individual works with Advantis real estate and is quite successful in landing property at a good price.
